1. About Tigaro

Tigaro Ltd ("Tigaro", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17118337). These terms apply to all removals, courier and transport services provided by Tigaro.

2. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are tailored to the specific job and are provided based on the information given at the time of enquiry. Quotes are subject to change if the scope of the job changes materially from what was described. A minimum charge applies to all jobs. Additional charges may apply for extra helpers, excessive stairs or carrying, urgent work, long-distance work, ULEZ/congestion charges, tolls, parking and waste disposal. All charges are discussed and agreed before the job begins.

3. Bookings and cancellations

A booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed the date, time, price and scope of the job. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made at short notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in exceptional circumstances.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• All items to be moved are legal to transport under UK law
• You have the right to move the items in question
• Access to the pickup and delivery locations is available at the agreed time
• Parking is available or arrangements have been made for the vehicle
• You have disclosed any relevant access restrictions, fragile items or special requirements

5. Items we cannot transport

We do not transport live animals, items that are illegal to transport under UK law, items requiring temperature-controlled vehicles, or items requiring dangerous goods (ADR) certification. Suitability of all items is assessed at the quote stage.

6. Care of your belongings

We take care of your belongings and handle all items with reasonable care. We are not liable for damage to items that were not properly packed or disclosed as fragile prior to the job, or for damage caused by access restrictions or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to require payment before or on completion of the job. We accept cash, bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the job as agreed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
